Acceptance. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

These terms cover your use of maxxsuperfoods.com, any orders you place, and any subscription you start. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.

You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order or create an account.

Use of the site. Personal use. No scraping.

You may use the site to browse, place orders, manage your account, and contact us. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or interfere with any part of the site
• Use the site to send spam, automated requests, or anything abusive

Your account. Keep your password private.

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email us and we will help lock it down.

Products and pricing. We try to be accurate. Sometimes things change.

Descriptions, photographs, and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders if a price was published in error.

Product photography is representative. Pouch printing, fill weights, and ingredient blends may vary slightly between production runs.

Subscriptions. Skip, pause, cancel anytime.

Subscription orders apply a fifteen percent discount automatically to every refill at the cadence you chose (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months). We email you three business days before each refill ships so you can skip or change it.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from inside your account at any time. No retention scripts, no surveys.

Our full return policy lives at Shipping & Returns. Short version: fourteen days from delivery, any pouch, full refund of the purchase price.

Health disclaimers. We are a food. Not a medicine.

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about ingredients and their benefits have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Intellectual property. The brand belongs to us.

All site content, brand assets, logos, product photography, and copy belong to MAXX Organics. You may share product photos for personal use. Commercial use, including resale or reseller listings, requires written permission.

Limitation of liability. Standard ecommerce terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law. US law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MAXX Organics is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms. We will post updates here.

If we update these terms in a material way, we will post the new version with a fresh "last updated" stamp and, where appropriate, email customers we have addresses for.
