Shipping. Where it goes, when, and what it costs.

Where we ship

United States only. All fifty states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What it costs

Free on every order. No minimum, no codes, no special tiers. The price you see at checkout is the total.

How fast we ship

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern usually ship the same business day. Everything else ships the next business day. Once your label prints, we email tracking.

How long it takes

Standard transit through USPS runs three to five business days within the lower forty-eight, longer for Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is the source of truth once a package is in transit.

Subscription orders ship on the same cadence. We send you a heads-up email three days before each refill goes out.

Returns. Fourteen days. No questions, no scripts.

The window

You have fourteen days from the delivery date to start a return. Any pouch, opened or unopened, in any condition.

How to start one

Email with your order number and a one-line reason. We reply within one business day with a return address.

What you get back

Once we receive the returned pouch, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within five business days. No restocking fees.

What you do not get back

Return shipping is on you. We do not cover the cost of sending the pouch back to us. Most customers use USPS First-Class for under five dollars.

Damaged or wrong items. We make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, email us within seven days with a photo of what you received and the order number. We send a replacement at no cost. No return required.

If a pouch leaks in transit and the contents spill, that counts as damaged. We will ship a fresh pouch.

Lost or never-delivered packages. We chase the carrier.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, wait forty-eight hours. Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a day early. After two days, email us with the order number.

We open a trace with USPS and, in most cases, ship a replacement while the trace runs. You do not pay twice.

Subscriptions. Skip, pause, cancel.

You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel entirely from inside your account. No phone call, no retention script, no survey.

Refunds on subscription shipments follow the same fourteen-day window as one-time orders.
